Info on standard/pic: Scale is shown with full grown Calitaur. Kitten was added in too. Lepitaur features are the face, bulk, and tail. Calico provided the body/coloration. Bottom left corner shows what a half point coloration would be. And bottommost cat shows a variation on full color points (note the black muzzle spot instead of tan). I added in some fun in the previous generation, so they have a chocolate variation in there (non-hexed mutant, the foundation Lepitaur was solid white), plus when I was test-breeding the 8 that I've included in the breeding stock set, I got grey, blue, red, chocolate, and cream mutations. So, there'll be a lot of fun breeding going on with this one to give folks a variety.

Good going! I have one small correction. Those are lepi legs and feet. Calico legs have black outlines and are much thinner at the wrists, and their feet have outlines on the back part. ;-)

I'll write the standard to this effect, if that is okay.

I am going to call the height 4.5 to 5.5 (generally, I give a difference between .5 and 1 point We don't measure animals in conformation shows unless the size is really called into question)


Very attractive breed. I was thinking about this very thing! LOL!

lol It's so hard to figure out the shape because I had to guess at how big to blow up the calico picture since the Lepitaur I used as a founder had the left tufts. BTW, hard to get a white Lepitaur male with black pupils and a white eyeball to come out when you want it. Any other time, that's probably all that would come out. I'll make the html page today for the download and upload the breed pairs tomorrow. I know that one of the 8 I have in the zip has darker green eyes luckily, so there should be some pretty variance to that.

Yeah, I try to get a certain type of lepitaur in the AC... It is pretty near impossible!
